Final recommendation

·       An agreement which should manage to reduce CO₂. If this is not achieved, the country will have to pay money, to be spent by developing countries in a green way.

·       Formation of a Global Fund where scientist are brought together – and work together to evolve sustainable technologies which are available to everyone (globally). The Global Fund should be funded by all countries depending on leaking of CO₂, GDP, and CO₂ quotes.

-        All countries must contribute with money to research depending on leaking of CO₂ and GDP (the dangling carrot effect).

·       In order to cease business as usual, hydrogen and renewable energy sources must be combined into an ideal transportation fuel.

·       New technology should be developed to store the excess energy so as to prevent the need to shut off power plants, for example wind turbines, and lessen the strain on the system during peak hours.

·       clean technology to developing countries, for example with a “green world bank” of international green products where each country has to pay a certain percentage of GDP.

·       Let a label show the “hidden flow”

·       The UN should provide funding grants to GMO including education and scientific research.
